Unicorn japanese cheesecake: a colored and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250g Cream cheese
70g Caster sugar
60g Oil
100g fresh milk, cold
5 egg yolks
1/4tsp salt
1tbsp +1tsp lemon juice
60g cake flour
20g corn flour
5 eggs white
1/2tsp Lemon Juice
70g caster sugar
Food coloring
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, oil and sugar. Add milk, egg yolk and lemon juice. Sift flour, salt and corn in the batter. Mix the egg white with lemon juice and sugar. Then unite the two batters. Divide in some bowl and mix with food coloring. Pot the colored batters in a mold and bake at 300°F (150°) for 60-80 minutes.
