Rigatoni pasta with zucchini and lemon: a perfect meal for dinner

Ingredients:
3 zucchini
Bread crumbs
1 lemon (peel and juice)
Grated cheese
Crusty pepper powder (optional)
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
plain oil
Basil

Preparation:
Cut the zucchini and , chop parsley and lemon zest and mix. Cook the garlic and then add parsley and lemon. Then add zucchini and mix. Let fry for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Then add the cooking water and the rigatoni (not yet cooked at all). Then add oil, salt, cheese and juice. When cooked, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and cheese. If you want to add the pepper powder at this point. Mix and serve.
