Ricotta and salami fritters: one leads to another

Ingredients:
250ml water
1/8 cube fresh yeast
Salt
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
1 tablespoon ricotta
3 slices of salami, diced
Black pepper
Grated cheese
Oil for deep frying
 
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and pour into the flour and mix adding the salt. Let rise with a damp cloth and in a dark place. After doubling its volume, the dough is ready. Fry in hot oil and also form larger pancakes which you will fill.
Stuffing: Vigorously mix ricotta with salami, pepper and cheese.
