Fried chicken with lemon sauce: an easy recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg - Medium size
3 Tbsp Corn starch
For the sauce:
1 Cup Chicken stock
1/4 Cup lemon juice (Approx. 2 lemons)
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Slurry - Equal parts corn starch mixed with water
Lemon zest - 1/2 Lemon
For Garnish Sesame seeds and Green Onion
Directions:
Mix the chicken breast with soy sauce, salt, pepper, egg and cornstarch. Fry in hot oil for 7-8 minutes.
Then make the sauce: in a pot pour oil, chicken stock and lemon juice. Then add the others ingredients and mix.
Pour the sauce on the chicken and enjoy this meal.
