A rich meat recipe that will have you drooling. Here's how to prepare a delicious pork tenderloin!
INGREDIENTS
700g pork tenderloin
Sage and rosemary
8g bacon slices
Flavored salt, pepper
1/2 glass dry white wine
250ml vegetable stock
8 small onions

DIRECTIONS
Cut the fillet as shown in the video, wrap the bacon around the meat and close with string. Cut the fat part of the bacon and the spring onions, then put them in a pan to brown with sage and rosemary. Add the meat and keep it on the fire until it is golden brown, blending with the wine. Filter the cooking base to get the sauce for your tenderloin.
