Ingredients:
For sponge cake:
3 eggs
150g flour
150g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
120ml olive oil
100ml milk
70g cocoa powder

Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar, then combine the flour with the oil. Add in milk, cocoa and baking powder and stir. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for 50 minutes. Wet the sponge cake with coffee and form several layers with whipped cream and ladyfingers (soaked in coffee).
