Pavlova recipe: this dessert will surprise your guests

Ingredients:
Pavlova Meringue Ingredients
8 egg whites
2 1/2 cups caster sugar
2 tsp vinegar

Filling
600 ml cream (35% fat)
2 Tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
250g blueberries
250g strawberries
1 banana and fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

250g strawberries
1 banana and fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Mix well the egg whites with sugar and vinegar. Bake at 248° F (120°) for 1 hour.
Filling: Mix the cream with icing sugar and vanilla. Cut the fruits and fill the cake as the video shows.
