Braid the dough this way: the recipe for a fluffy, yummy braided brioche

Soft, fluffy and yummy: this sweet braided brioche loaf is simple to make and will have you drooling!
INGREDIENTS
1 liter milk
half package instant yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
100ml olive oil (or margarine)
Flour to taste
Sesame or poppy seeds to garnish
1 egg
DIRECTIONS
Combine milk, sugar and yeast. Sift the flour and add to the dough (add flour by eye, until you get the texture shown in the video). Knead and let it rest for two hours. Braid, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F), for about 30 minutes. If you want a sweeter loaf, add 200 grams of sugar and 2 eggs to the dough.
