Chocolate wafer icebox cake: a delicious no-bake dessert

Ingredients:
500 g mascarpone
500g fresh whipping Cream
80g vanilla powdered sugar
150g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate)
1 package wafers
Directions:
Whip the cream and mix, separately, sugar and mascarpone. Combine the two mixtures. Line the pan with parchment paper and create your icebox cake by adding chocolate flakes and wafers. Cover with chocolate. Leave in the freeze for about 2 hours.
