Ingredients:
230g pie crust dough
3 large artichokes
Mozzarella (shredded, to taste)
2 eggs
200g grated cheese
Parsley
Onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Baking time: Only pie crust: 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes
Pie: 180° (350°F) for 40 minutes
