Stuffed eggs with smoked salmon: how to prepare them

Ingredients:
Eggs
6 tbsps of sour cream
1 tbsp of spreadable cheese
6 tbsps of sour cream
1 tbsp of spreadable cheese
Chives
Dill or parsley
200 gr smoked salmon
2 tbspss of mayonnaise
Salmon roe (optional)
Dill or parsley
200 gr smoked salmon
2 tbspss of mayonnaise
Salmon roe (optional)
Directions:
Boil the eggs and then separate the egg yolk. Mix it with all the ingredients and put in a pastry bag. Fill the eggs and enjoy your appetizer.
