Ingredients:
125g butter
1 egg
150g powdered sugar
200g flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Cocoa powder
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the butter with the sugar, then add flour, egg and starch. Finally, add baking powder and vanilla extract. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge and make balls. Put the cutter in the cocoa powder and then press it onto the biscuits. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
