Nama chocolate: absolutely to try!

Rich, smooth, and decadent here's how to make them at home! 
 
INGREDIENTS
240g (3/4 cup) condensed milk
100g (1 cup) cocoa powder
Cocoa powder (for coating)

METHOD
  1. Heat condensed milk in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly just until it starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add sifted cocoa powder in batches and stir until you obtain an elastic homogeneous mixture.
  3. Transfer this mixture to a food container or some dish lined with plastic wrap. Press the mixture slightly, close with wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Dust your working surface with cocoa powder and put the chilled mixture on top.
  5. Cut into small squares and sift more cocoa on top. Shape each square by pressing its sides a bit.
  6. Arrange all squares onto a serving plate or cutting board, sift more cocoa powder on top, and enjoy.
