Three ways short pastry

Ingredients:
plain sugar cookie pastry;
chocolate sugar cookie pastry;
melted chocolate, almonds for decorations.

Instructions
Cookie roses: Roll our cookie pastry and use cookie cutter to cut out 5 cm (2 inches) round out of it. Place 3 rounds together, overlapping just a little. Roll the pastry and cut in the middle. Place cookie roses cut side down on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake at 180C/350F for 10 minutes.
Cookie bears: Using a bear shaped cookie cutter cut out the trolled pastry. Place each bear onto a parchment covered baking sheet. Make a bear’s eyes using toothpick. Put almond in the center and cover it with bear’s arms. Bake at 180C/350F for 6-8 minutes.
Cookie dogs: Roll out chocolate and plain cookie pastry. Cut out heart using a cookie cutter. Make a small cut (about 2-3 way up) between chocolate heart halves. Insert a narrow part of the white cookie heart in it. Bake at 180C/350F for 10 minutes. Let cool down then, using dark chocolate, decorate your cookies adding dog’s nose, eyes and whiskers on it.
