Soft cinnamon sugar bread recipe

Dough:
300g flour
100g butter
30g sugar
300ml milk

70g brown sugar
20g cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Then add the solid ingredients, sugar, yeast and flour. Knead until mixture is soft and homogeneous. Let dough rise for at least an hour covered with plastic wrap. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: in a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar with the melted butter and stir until mixture is evenly combined. Divide the dough into the three parts, roll it out and fill it. Then put everything in a cake pan. Bake at 180 °C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
