Donut mug cake

Ingredients
3 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/16 tsp ground nutmeg
1 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp heavy cream
Sprinkles

Method
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, nutmeg, oil, milk, egg add vanilla extract in a cup until combine . Microwave for 1,5 min.
Make a hole in cake, spread edges with chocolate ganache, add some sprinkles on top.
