Potato quiche

Ingredients:
Potatoes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
150g parmesan
5 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup tomato
1 cup Bulgarian pepper
1 sliced carrot
½ cup zucchini
1 cup eggplant
100g prepared bacon
Green onion
½ cup cheddar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

150g parmesan

1 cup eggplant
100g prepared bacon

½ cup cheddar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Peel 1 kg of potatoes and slice. Put into a bowl and mix with 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 150g parmesan.
Lay out into a baking tray and bake 180°C for 20 minutes.
Mix 5 eggs with 1 cup milk, ½ cup tomato, 1 cup Bulgarian pepper, 1 sliced carrot, ½ cup zucchini, 1 cup eggplant, 100g prepared bacon, green onion, ½ cup cheddar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper.
Pour it out onto prepared potatoes. bake 180°C for 30 minutes.
