Corona quiche

Ingredients
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
4 potatoes, sliced
3 tbsp Olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
5 eggs
250ml milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
150g fresh cream
100g  cheddar cheese
 
Method
Mix sliced potatoes with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put it in a round baking form, place a little bowl in the middle and bake at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.
Beat eggs with milk, add vegetables and mix, add cheddar cheese.
Pour this mixture on the baked potato, fill the little bowl with fresh cream and cheddar cheese, bake again at 180C/350F for 30 minutes
