Bread quiche: an easy and tasty dinner idea!

You can also use stale bread! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 2 buns, sliced;
 3 eggs;
 125ml (1/2 cup) milk;
 120g (1/2 cup) yogurt;
 45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
 a pinch of salt;
 30 g (1 cup) fresh spinach, chopped;
 120g (1/2 cup) cheese, cut into cubes;
 130g (1/2 cup) ham, cut into cubes;
 30g (1/4 cup) parmesan.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk eggs with milk, yogurt, oil, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2.  Add fresh spinach in.
  3.  Layer sliced bun to cover the bottom of the baking pan. Pour the egg mixture on top and cover cheese cubes and ham cubes.
  4.  Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
