Avocado mayo: the recipe to make it

Ingredients:2 avocados
1 large shallot or onion
1 spoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
a pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Blend all in a blender until to get a creamy mayo. Put the avocado mayo in a glass jar and store it in fridge for 2/3 weeks.
