Mash the potatoes and stuff the phyllo dough: a mouthwatering recipe

Ingredients:Potatoes
Tomato sauce
Onion
Bechamel
Phyllo dough
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and mash them. Brown the chopped onion and mix it with the sauce, add spices if you prefer. Mix with the potatoes. Create triangles of phyllo dough, fill with bechamel and potatoes, mix with the tomato sauce. Close and form triangles. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
