Ingredients:Brisée prasty
Minced meat
Celery
Onion
Carrots
Oil
Bread crumbs
Preparation:
She fries the onion in the oli and she puts the minced meat. After she mixes celery and carrots. When the meat is ready, she cuts in square the brisée prasty. Then she fills the squares and she makes an incision like a X on the closed part. She put the squares in the bread crumbs and she bakes them, at 356°F for 35/40 minutes.
