Plastic wrap and hot water: the trick to cook poached eggs like a real chef

Cooking poached eggs may turn out to be challenging even for experienced cooks. Luckily, besides the classic "whirlpool" method in the boiling water, there is a simpler and more effective method, a starred chef's trick. First, crack the egg open and pour the content inside a container lined with plastic wrap. Gently wrap, then bring water to a boil and cook the egg in the plastic wrap for about 4 minutes. The result is guaranteed!
