Use a plastic egg container as a mold, isn’t that a great idea?
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
350ml milk
120ml water
150g butter
a pinch of salt
320g flour
for the dough:

white and dark chocolate
sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the water, milk, and butter in a pan.
2. Add the flour and mix well until the dough forms.
3. Let it cool, and then roll out the dough.
4. Press the dough into a plastic egg container, place some pieces of chocolate in the center and close with more dough.
5. Freeze for at least one hour, then separate them.
6. Fry them in hot oil, place them on a paper towel to remove the excess oil before dipping them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
