How to make eggless bakery style honey cake: the easy recipe

Ingredients:
200 grams curd / yogurt
230 grams sugar
135 grams oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
330 grams maida / plain flour
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
120 grams milk, if required

for honey syrup:
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup honey
for jam mixture:
½ cup strawberry jam
1 tbsp honey
½ cup strawberry jam
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Mix the curd with vanilla, sugar and oil. Then add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Finally add milk. Pour the batter and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
In a pot mix well sugar, water and honey and pour on the cake.
In a pan combine jam and honey and cover the cake.
