Apple cake: a soft, yummy dessert with an irresistible fragrance

Ingredients:
3 apples
250g of flour
130g of sugar
half teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs
a teaspoon baking powder
100g of vanilla yogurt
100g of sunflower oil
pinch of salt
vial of rum
Garnishing:
2 sliced apples
Brown sugar
powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients to make the cake, peel and dice the apples and finally add them to the dough. In a baking pan, pour the dough, fill with two sliced apples, sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake the cake at 180°C (360°F) for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the surface once the cake is ready.
