Baked Chicken Drumsticks With Potatoes: A Quick Lunch Recipe

Ingredients:
800g potatoes
450g chicken drumsticks
5 bay leaves
salt
black pepper
chopped parsley
3-4 tablespoons grated cheese
extra virgin olive oil
150ml water

Directions:
Peel the potatoes, rinse them under running water and cut them into chunks.
Remove the skin from chicken drumsticks (optional); rinse and pat them dry with a paper towel; take a pan, pour water on the bottom and add salt. Arrange the potato chunks, then add the chicken drumsticks, sprinkle everything with chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and season with extra virgin olive oil. Finish with some grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes and chicken drumsticks are golden brown. Revome from oven and serve.
