INGREDIENTS
3 eggplants (or 4 small ones)
Extra virgin olive oil
1 chopped garlic clove
salt
Bread
3 eggs
50g grated cheese
100g breadcrumbs
Chopped parsley to taste
Tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
Follow the instructions written and shown in the recipe. Cook the eggplant at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes in a fan-assisted oven.
