Eggs In Purgatory: A Tasty, Quick Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs (one for each diner)
300g peeled tomatoes
1/2 onion
salt
Oil
Directions:
Pour the oil into a non-stick pan and then add the onion. Brown and pour the tomato, add salt and let it thicken. Crack the eggs open directly in the pan and cook.
