Triple chocolate layer cake recipe

Ingredients:
150g cookies
80g melted butter
200g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
200g milk chocolate
600ml milk
600ml whipping cream
3 envelopes gelatine
Chocolate chips

Directions:
Crumble the biscuits, melt the butter and mix, then spread it on the bottom of the pan and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes; Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat add 200ml of milk and 200ml of cream, an envelope of gelatine, and melt the dark chocolate; wait for it to cool and pour it into the pan, then refrigerate for 30 minutes; meanwhile, dissolve milk chocolate into 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of cream and an envelope of gelatine; allow it to cool and pour it into the cake pan as previously, and then refrigerate for another 30 minutes; repeat the same procedure for white chocolate, refrigerating it for 4 hours. It's time to decorate with chocolate chips and enjoy this delicacy.
