Sospiri della sposa (Bride sighs), a yummy dessert recipe from Italy

Ingredients:
3 eggs
90g caster sugar
90g flour
1 tablespoon butter
Custard
Topping:
600g sugar
150g water
1/2 lemon
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. Then sift and mix the flour. Melt the butter and brush the mold. Fill and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Topping: Melt the sugar in the water. Squeeze the lemon on a work surface and then pour the mixture. Knead it with a spatula until it becomes white.
Fill thepastry with the cream and cover with the topping.
