Creamy Cappuccino Cake: A Unique Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g Sugar
500g Ricotta
50g Coffee
4 tbsp Flour
60g Milk

1 envelope vanilla extract
Directions:
First of all preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) and prepare the espresso, allowing it to cool down; mix eggs and sugar and whisk with an electric mixer until the mixture is whitish; add ricotta, milk and warm coffee prepared previously and mix until mixture is smooth. Finally add flour and vanilla extract before pouring it into a 24 cm diameter cake pan. It's time to bake for about 40 minutes.
