Onigiri, the recipe to make the delicious Japanese rice balls

Ingredients:
500 gr Steamed rice
Salt
Dried bonito flakes mixed with soy sauce
Roasted seaweed (for each balls)

Dried bonito flakes mixed with soy sauce
Roasted seaweed (for each balls)
Directions:
Cook the rice and mix with salt. Make the balls (you can also do an oval shape). Make a hole in the middle and fill with dried bonito flakes mixed with soy sauce. Roll into the seaweed and serve.
