Decorate shortcrust pastry: just use a whisk
published on 30 September, 2018 at 09:29
Why prepare the same old cookies when you could make them unique? Once the shortcrust pastry is ready, make small balls and use a whisk to make a special shape on the surface. You can also dip the whisk first in cocoa powder, so your cookies will look even more beautiful.
In the video recipe, the ingredients are also hazelnuts and a syrup to flavor the biscuits. For the syrup, just melt 3 tablespoons of sugar in 300 ml of water and add a few drops of lemon.
