Trofie with zucchini and pork cheek: your guests will go head over heels for it

Ingredients for 2 people:
150g Trofie
1 zucchini
Pork chee
50 gr grated cheese
Saffron
Garlic
salt
Directions:
Cut the zucchini and the pork cheek. At the same time put the water for the pasta over the heat. Brown the pork cheek in a pan, then remove them and add some oil. Brown the zucchini with garlic and salt. Dissolve the saffron in a little cooking water and mix with the cheese. Cream everything in the pan and serve.
