Simple, tasty and easy to make: mascarpone-filled cake

Ingredients:
6 eggs
200g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
200g all-purpose flour
Ingredients for filling:
3 eggs
60g sugar
250g mascarpone
Directions:
After preparing the cake batter, bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes; in the meantime, prepare the filling before putting it in the fridge; finally cut the cake, filled with mascarpone. and add the finishing touch with powdered sugar.
