INGREDIENTS
375g sifted flour
14g sugar
250ml milk
1 egg yolk
1 pinch salt
20g butter
8g active dry yeast
120g raisins
Gel color
METHOD
Mix warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and some flour. Leave for 10 minutes.

METHOD
Mix warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and some flour. Leave for 10 minutes.
Add other ingredients, divide dough into 2 halves, mix one half with pink color
Divide 1 half into 2 halves and color one of them with green color.
Let all dough rise for 1 hour.
Mix pink dough with raisins, roll white and green dough.
Cover pink dough with white and then with green dough, bake at 180Β°C/350Β°F for 40 minutes.
