Puff pastry mini tarts with zucchini: ideal for a quick lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
3 zucchini, diced
salt
pepper
Mint
Grated cheese
Garlic paté or 1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
 
Directions:
Cut the zucchini into small cubes. In a pan, fry the garlic in olive oil and then cook the zucchini. Add salt, pepper and mint.
Once cooked, put them aside.
Cut the puff pastry squares and put them into the pan of muffins, stuff with zucchini and cheese and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
