Focaccia with zucchini blossoms: soft and mouth-watering

Ingredients:
Dough:
400 gr all purpose
300 gr water
4 gr yeast
5 gr honey or sugar
6 grams salt
Filling:
300 gr mozzarella cheese
15-20 zucchini blossoms30 gr anchovies
Salt and olive oil
Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in honey and mix in water. In a bowl put the flour, add the water with baking powder and start working with a ladle. Add in salt and work until a soft mixture is obtained. Cover with the plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in volume.
Meanwhile, clean the pumpkin zucchini blossoms and cut the mozzarella.
Put the dough on a greased pan. Cover with film and let stand for 20 minutes. Then spread and cover with anchovies, mozzarella and zucchini blossoms. Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
