Potato Gateau: Creamy & Light

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
100g grated cheese
100g milk
150g ham
100g smoked cheese or stringy cheese
Breadcrumbs to taste
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directons:
Heat and mash the potatoes, then spread the breadcrumbs in a pan. Pour a first layer of potatoes, then add ham and cheese. Cover with the rest of the potatoes, spread breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-25 minutes.
