How to prepare pecan pie cheesecake: make it at home

Crust:
1 cup graham crackers
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter unsalted, melted

Cheesecake:
24 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs

Pecan Pie Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups pecans roughly chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups pecans roughly chopped
Directions:
Blend cracker, pecan, sugar and salt. Then mix with melted butter and spread into a mold. Cool.
Mix all the ingredients and pour on the base, bake at 300°F (150°) for 30 minutes.
Mix together the topping ingredients and bake for other 40-50 minutes.
