Zucchini stick fritters: the quick and tasty recipe you can't miss

Ingredients:
3 zucchini
Salt
1 onion
Olive oil
1 carrot
Chives
Paprika
Black pepper
Oregano
1 garlic clove
150 g of corn
1 egg
120 g of flour
- For the sauce:
2 tbsp of low-fat yogurt
1 pickle
1 garlic clove
Dill
Directions:
1. For starters, make the sauce and refrigerate.
2. Grate zucchini, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Then sautee onion and carrot in a pan.
4. Squeeze zucchini and place in a bowl with carrot, chives, paprika, pepper, oregano, corn, egg and flour.
5. Shape the fritters and cook a in pan with a drizzle of oil.
