Double chocolate cake: the recipe to make an irresistible and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
40 g of flour
20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
50 g of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp of baking soda
- For the mousse:
5 egg whites
180 g of dark chocolate
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
- For the icing:
90 g of whipping cream
60 g of dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar. Then sift and add dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
2. Pour the batter in a mold and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
3. Let cool and soak the cake with some coffee.
4. Melt chocolate in the microwave and mix with whisked egg whites.
5. Pour the mousse on top of the cake. Then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
6. Melt chocolate in warm cream and use to ice the cake.
7. Let cool again for 1 hour then decorate as you like.
