Fettuccine Alfredo: the recipe for this famous pasta dish

Ingredients:
- For the pasta:
Semolina flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Olive oil
- For the sauce:
200 g of grated parmesan cheese
100 g of butter
Directions:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl with flour, then add salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Knead, then wrap in plastic and let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Cut to shape fettucine.
4. Cook pasta in boiling water.
5. Meanwhile, mix butter and grated cheese to make the sauce.
6. Gradually add pasta cooking water to maker it creamy.
7. Mix with pasta and more butter.
