Fried puff pastry sticks: the recipe for a simple and delicious treat

Ingredients:
275 g of puff pastry
- For the pudding:
250 ml of milk
1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
- For the cherry filling:
265 g of frozen cherries
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 pack of vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp of water
1 egg for brushing
500 ml of frying oil
Directions:
1. Mix milk, sugar, vanilla extract and pudding mix in a saucepan; then cook on the stove until it thickens.
2. Cook cherries and sugar, then pour the vanilla pudding mix dissolved in water.
3. Cut puff pastry in rectangles and stuff using the two fillings.
4. Brush the edges with whisked egg, then close.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden.
