Savory stuffed crepes: the recipe to make a tasty and original dish

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
300 ml of milk
150 g of flour
30 g of melted butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
Coriander
- For the filling:
500 g of chicken breast
200 g of mushrooms
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 bell pepper
Olive oil
3 tbsp of kitchen cream
Directions:
1. Mix flour, eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then add milk a little bit at a time.
2. Lastly add melted butter and coriander.
3. Cook the crepes in a greased pan.
4. Now make the filling: stir fry diced onion, minced garlic and diced bell pepper in a pan with olive oil.
5. Add salt and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Then pour in chicken meat and mushrooms and continue cooking.
7. Lastly mix with cream and use this mixture to stuff the crepes.
8. Close, place in a baking tray and brush with some bechamel sauce.
9. Cover with grated cheese and some dried parsley.
10. Bake until golden and crispy.
