Honey fried bread: the recipe for a simple and delicious snack

Ingredients: 
12 sliced of soft bread
1 l of milk 
Cinnamon 
Orange and lemon zest 
2 tbsp of sugar 
6 eggs 
200 g of honey 
100 ml of water
Sunflower seeds oil 
 
Directions: 
1. For starters heat up milk with cinnamon, sugar and zests. 
2. Place the bread in a tray and soak with milk. 
3. Then dip into whisked eggs. 
5. Fry in hot oil. 
6. Dissolve honey in water and pour onto the fried bread.
