Meatballs in tomato sauce: the recipe to make them juicy and rich

Ingredients:
180 g of bread
380 of ground beef
1 garlic clove
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
25 g of grated cheese
Olive oil
400 g of tomato pulp
Fresh basil
Directions:
1. Soak bread in water, then squeeze it.
2. Add meat, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and cheese.
3. Shape the meatballs.
4. Stir fry garlic in a pan with some olive oil, then pour in tomato sauce.
5. Add fresh basil leaves and water.
6. Place the meatballs and cook at medium heat for 25 minutes.
