Zucchini pockets: the recipe for a tasty and original appetizer

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini.
2. Sprinkle with oil and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Place in a tray coated with baking paper.
4. Bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes.
5. Fill with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
6. Fold in half and use a toothpick to hold them still.
7. Bake again for 5 minutes.
