Roasted chicken on a salt bed: the recipe to make it tender and tasty

Ingredients: 
1 whole chicken
1 kg of coarse salt
2 tbsp of meat seasoning 
 
Directions: 
1. After removing the entrails, wash the chicken. 
2. Pour salt at the bottom of a tray. 
3. Sprinkle seasoning all over. 
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes. 
5. After that, turn the chicken upside down and continue baking for 35 minutes more.
